Tollhouse Cupcakes

Tollhouse Cupcakes    
 1931.

1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 tablespoons light brown sugar
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Filling:

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Beat batter ingredients until thick. Spoon batter into paper lined
tins evenly dividing between 12 cupcakes. Bake at 375 for about 10
minutes. Remove from oven and spoon filling into each cup equally
dividing among cupcakes. Bake again for 15 minutes.
