Vegetable Casserole

2 small or 1 large can Veg-All, drained
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup grated Chedder Cheese
1 small can Water Chestnuts, drained
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) Oleo
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup grated Chedder Cheese
1 small can Water Chestnuts, drained
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) Oleo
Mix first 5 ingredients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Melt Oleo, mix with crushed Ritz Crackers. Put cracker mixture on top. Bake at 350F until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
