I am a "Old Woman" by today's standards. But I still feel young, that is, until I actually get up to do something. Then I feel my age as my knees and back complain. I don't let that stop me though, it just slows me down a bit and reminds me to enjoy life.

- I'm a 60-ish woman, I'm not fat, I'm extreamly Fluffy. Hubby has retired and we now live in a house. We both have a few medical issues but over all we feel good and can still get around without help. Our main goal it so enjoy retirement life and stay as healthy as we can.
